Shipping and Returns

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States and Canada (All Shipping and freight charges to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or outside the continental U.S. cannot be determined until the actual time of shipment. We will send you a second email confirmation, including these additional charges, when your order is shipped. You are responsible for all duties, fees or taxes. Also we are NOT responsible for customs confiscating a package and by ordering you except all resposibilities and Nutra-9 will not refund money) using UPS and/or USPS for most products. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, so the more you buy the better you make out on the shipping charges. With that said, if a product is drop shipped from another facility, you are not charged for those extra shipping charges. As a small, family based company we do charge a minimal handling fee on some products. We reserve the right to ship via USPS at our discretion. We strive to provide the lowest prices and most accurate shipping rates and there will be times where it is more economical to ship via USPS than UPS. For any shipping questions (to see if something can ship USPS or FedEx rather that UPS) please refer to our Contact Us page. All back order will ship as soon as they arrive.

On all wholesale orders you will be responsible for all freight. You will be charge exactly the cost we are charged, but as stated above we will use the most economical shipping method.
We are not responsible for misprints on site. We try to check and recheck everything, but occasionally a product might get by.

As a small, family owned business, Nutra-9 personally  guarantees to the best of our ability your complete satisfaction.  

Satisfaction Guarantee 10-Day Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased, and the item is in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it, including parts and accessories, let us know and you may return it within 10 days of the receipt of purchase (minus original shipping and handling charges and any restock fees). Simply call us at 978-798-1870 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. When returning the item, you should include a copy of your original invoice, and a note on the packaging slip explaining why you decided to return our product so that we can continue to improve our service.

  • All returned items must be unused and in new, resalable condition including all hardware and instructional components and in original packaging (if applicable).
  • Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customers expense.
  • Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
  • Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.
  • Terms are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with exceptions listed below in the Restocking Fee Breakdown.

15% Restocking Fee:


All products not listed above are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Due to safety standards and regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following  types of items in these categories: Video or Audio products, Books, Nutraceuticals/ Supplements, Pet Food (Treats, Dog Chew{including un-packaged chew toys}& Bones), Flea and Tick Topical Treatments, Medicines, Dewormer and other select consumable products.

Unfortunately, return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or FedEx. Please retain all copies of your shipping receipt including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Please be aware that when exchanging an item for another, you will see a credit to your original pay method, and then a charge for the cost of the exchange item plus shipping and handling for the new order.

 

Nutra-9 is not responsible for any product or shipping charges due to customer error (information entered wrong).


 

Damaged, Defective, and Wrong Item Sent Policy:
If returning a Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Sent please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of the receipt of purchase so that we can explain the proper handling of the merchandise for returns and exchanges. A replacement item will be shipped to you upon contacting customer service. We guarantee all of our products against Defects and Damages, and will work within our manufacturer's warranty policies.

 

Back Orders:

We do accept back orders, but customers are responsible for any new shipping charges that may occure!
